Apollo training courses have been delivered world-wide in ten languages for over 20 years.  We take pride in continually improving our courses, as well as innovating with new content and delivery options.  Here is a list of our training courses:

Root Cause Analysis for Practitioners (2 days)

Attendees obtain the knowledge and skills needed to lead an Apollo root cause analysis. Includes RealityCharting software for each attendee. The Practitioners course is our most popular seminar because it prepares the students to complete RCAs and generate improvements immediately upon the completion of the class. Over 99% of students say they would recommend this course to their colleagues.  It is offered both on-site for up to 25 people, or as a public seminar for individuals.

Root Cause Analysis for Practitioners Blended with e-Learning (1 day)

The same deliverables as the two day Practitioners class, but delivered in only one day! Students are responsible for completing eRCA: Foundations prior to class. This allows the instructor to focus on exercises with students to achieve the additional skills required to become Practitioners. Students save a day in the classroom, gain access to eRCA: Foundations for one year, and also receive a copy of our RealityCharting software.

Focused Practitioner Course (1 day)

This day of customized facilitation was created to add additional value in the form of hands-on application of the Apollo process. An Apollo instructor will stay on site, or visit soon after Practitioners or online training and assist students with analyzing actual problems from your organization. This is the most valuable way to obtain practical application of the Apollo method while training is still fresh, and is the quickest way to realize the return on your training investment.

Root Cause Analysis for Super Users (1 day)

Provides advanced users with additional investigator/facilitator skills as well as a road map for developing and supporting an effective RCA program. Available both on-site for up to 10 people or as a public seminar for individuals. An optional second day can be added to address client-specific problems (Focused Practitioner).

Root Cause Analysis for Managers (4 hours)

Managers play an important role in helping to define program goals, identifying key players, and making resources available. While most managers will never lead an investigation, they are often the problem owner and responsible for a successful resolution. This four-hour course provides managers with the knowledge they need to effectively deploy and support an Apollo root cause analysis program, keys to success and the results they should expect to see.

RealityCharting® Advanced Users Course (4 hours)

This course provides students with advanced skills in using RealityCharting® software. Students get hands-on training using all features of the software including: entering and evaluating solutions, generating action item lists, optimizing chart output, customizing features, importing and exporting files, creating PDF files, finalizing incident reports and more. Apollo concepts are reviewed and reinforced throughout the course to help unlock the full potential of the software.
