Welcome Apollo RCA Seminar Attendees!

Many of you will receive an individual license of RealityCharting free with your training.  The process is two-fold:

1. Download RealityCharting here and install it on your computer
2. Register RealityCharting with the product key you will receive in class (software will ask you to do so every time you open it until you register, or your 30-day trial runs out)

For most of you, this is the beginning of your experience with Apollo root cause analysis and with the RealityCharting application. You will find RealityCharting to be an invaluable asset that allows you to be more focused, accurate, and efficient throughout the Apollo root cause analysis process.

Please take a few minutes to view the Quick Start Tutorial once your download finishes. This tutorial will provide you with an overview of RealityCharting and will help you become familiar with the application before class.  RealityCharting is a user-friendly application... most pick up the basics within a few minutes.
