RCA For Practitioners:
Attendees obtain the knowledge and skills needed to lead an Apollo root cause analysis. 99.7% of students surveyed said they would recommend this course to their colleagues. RealityCharting® software is included for each attendee. Our most popular seminar, RCA for Practitioners is offered both on-site for 25 people or as a public seminar for individuals. Our blended learning option reduces the seminar time to one day by combining “eRCA: Foundations of Problem Solving” along with a single day of instructor-led training. RCA for Super Users (1 day):
Provides advanced users with additional investigator/facilitator skills as well as a road map for developing and supporting an effective RCA program. Also available on-site with Practitioners as a prerequisite. Download the course syllabus for more details.
Apollo offers incentive pricing for groups of four or more wishing to attend an RCA for Practitioners class. The first three attendees pay full price and the fourth attendee may attend free of charge.
