8. Corrective Action Tracking:

   Using a master list, each corrective action should be documented in a log including the person responsible for implementation, completion date, and a brief description of the required action. The tracking log should be updated frequently and have the highest visibility in the organization. Failure to maintain discipline on this list will be seen as a lack of commitment by management and the entire program will be susceptible to failure.
