Managers should have at least the 4 hour Apollo RCA Manager Overview. Super-users and Program Champions will require the 2-day Practitioners course plus the 1-day Super-user/Program Champion Training. This course is tailored to fit the organizational structure and helps develop the key elements needed for the overall RCA program implementation.
