eRCA™: Problem Analyst
eRCA™: Problem Analyst is the second installment of Apollo's eRCA™ suite of e-learning courses. Problem Analyst builds on the knowledge of the Apollo RCA method provided in the first eRCA™ course -- Foundations of Problem Solving. Problem Analyst is designed to provide the applied skills that an individual problem solver requires to complete an RCA and present a logical business case for the solutions that have been identified. The course builds on the lessons learned in Foundations and enhances the learner's depth, breadth and proficiency in effective problem solving. This self-paced e-learning course uses a diverse range of examples and exercises from multiple industries, businesses and professions and includes a copy of RealityCharting 4.0 software for each student.
